Ashley & Mai's love for Harry Potter and all things magical is only surpassed by their love for each other, as it is easy to see in their lifestyle portraits taken in their home (and featuring Ally the cat). They had an intimate wedding ceremony (just the two of them!) in a natural setting in north Austin on the most beautiful evening. Kevin & Casandra - Kickass Nerdy Outdoor Wedding
Kevin & Casandra's wedding was one of the most unique weddings I've shot and a great way to kick off the 2015 wedding season. KJ, their son, was included in the wedding ceremony in a really awesome way (and he has some of the sweetest dance moves I've ever seen!).
They opted for a lifestyle wedding shot, forgoing the traditional family photos and opting for more photojournalistic photos that captured natural moments - mom and daughter laughing, Kevin & Casandra snapping post-wedding selfies, and friends showing off their shoes. Kevin is super into sneakers, and he exchanged custom-made sneakers with Casanda that were designed to show off their past, present and future together.

Ismael & Kate - Engagement Session with Hiking and Dinosaurs
Ismael & Kate are so in sync. I met them in person the same day I shot their engagement session and I couldn't help but notice how much they suit each other. It's so easy to see how in love they are - I can't wait to shoot their wedding later this year! We did their session at Zilker Botanical Garden to showcase their love of the outdoors and hiking.
